A learner driver has been jailed after he used a Bluetooth device to cheat on his theory exam .
Talat Arab, 39, was sent to prison for six months for being in possession of an article to commit fraud .
He was receiving secret messages from someone outside the exam room to help him with the difficult questions.
Arab, from Oak Drive, Saltley, had been to take a test at the Birmingham theory test centre last December, the Birmingham Mail reported.
Examiners spotted something fishy was going on after he started to act suspiciously. The test was stopped and he was removed from the building.
But on January 8 Arab booked another theory test – and was arrested when he arrived at the centre.
On May 5, Arab pleaded guilty to the offence where it was also revealed he had four previous motoring offences.
